Most of the increase came from its bingo site. The site, during the period, earned them 25.8 million Euros, an impressive increase from 1.2 million Euros compared to last year's first half.As with the drop of revenue in land-based casinos, the less lucky big names were Harrah's Entertainment Inc. and MGM Resorts International, which are both located in Vegas. Both reported their misfortune in revenue share.With revenue sky diving more than 2 percent to $2.22 billion, Harrah takes their loss for a second consecutive quarter, while MGM report a $883.5 million second-quarter loss. Though MGM's loss will soon improve as they considered the $1.12 billion write-down on its 50 percent share of the CityCenter in Las Vegas.The newly launched PlayNow.com site was brought to closure after it was launched. How is that? Well, who would want to come visit a site with security issue? The site is an online casino site in British Columbia by B.C Lottery Corp.
